Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services sold by Craimor Products trading as CBAM Vault.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with CBAM Vault, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email support@cbamvault.app and we'll arrange it for you.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription & Billing page (/billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: your access continues until then, and you won't be charged again.

Managed Onboarding Pilot fees

The one-off Managed Onboarding Pilot fee (£1,500) covers bespoke professional services: reconciliation of your CDS customs ledger and outreach to your overseas suppliers to obtain verified emissions data. These fees are also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee above.

Refunds are also handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
