Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

CBAM Vault is provided by Craimor Products trading as CBAM Vault ("we", "us"). By creating an account you are contracting with Craimor Products trading as CBAM Vault. Contact: support@cbamvault.app.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use CBAM Vault you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are at least 18.

3. The service

CBAM Vault is software that helps UK importers and customs brokers record shipments, calculate estimated UK CBAM liability, monitor the statutory threshold and prepare returns and evidence. It is a record-keeping and calculation tool, not legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of data you submit and for your filings with HMRC.

4. Your account

Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by:

  • using it for unlawful purposes or in breach of any regulation;
  • fraud, spam, or submitting deliberately false records;
  • infringing anyone's intellectual property;
  • interfering with security — uploading malware, probing or scanning systems, scraping, or circumventing access limits;
  • reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service except as your plan allows.

6. Intellectual property

We own the service and all related intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of your data and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Plans renew monthly; if you cancel, access continues to the end of the paid month. See our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

We work to keep CBAM Vault available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends you may request an export of your data within 30 days, subject to any records we must retain by law.

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. General

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
